We are looking for a hands-on individual to join our team as a Mechanical Assembler. In this role, you’ll work with our Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to assemble, test, and finish our automated hygiene systems while ensuring the highest level of quality and craftsmanship.

• Assemble, test, and finish automated hygiene systems and components according to established specifications and quality standards. 
• Read and follow assembly instructions, drawings, and basic schematics. 
• Use hand and power tools to complete assigned assembly tasks.
• Test completed systems to ensure proper function and quality.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering to resolve issues and maintain product standards.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing best practices.

• Experienced in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or manufacturing assembly; experience is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable using hand tools such as drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers, crimpers, ratchets, and channel locks.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and consistency.
• Able to follow written instructions, drawings, and basic schematics.
• A team player who can also work independently.
• Reliable, organized, and able to meet production expectations.
• Able to regularly perform the following physical requirements, with or without accommodation:
  • Frequently: Prolonged periods of standing and walking around a manufacturing shop. 
  • Frequently: Prolonged periods of standing and sitting while performing repetitive tasks. 
  • Frequently: Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to evaluate, install, and modify equipment with or without hand tools as directed.
  • Frequently: Ability to differentiate between colored wires, tabs, and electronic components. 
  • Frequently: Stretch, squat, and reach to assemble equipment.
  • Frequently: Bend, lean, crouch, sit, and kneel to assemble equipment.
