We’re looking for a customer-focused Account Services Coordinator to support our CleanTech Plus program and ensure a smooth, positive experience for our customers. You’ll manage account onboarding, order processing, recurring shipments, and contract renewals, while coordinating across departments to resolve billing issues and keep operations on track. This role focuses on post-sale follow-through, maintaining agreements, and facilitating timely resolution of invoices.

What You'll Do
As a hygiene expert at Meritech, you will:
- Coordinate internal workflows to ensure accurate onboarding of new accounts, including account set-up, order entry, contract verification, and internal handoff of communication.
- Track and manage active customer contracts associated with the Meritech CleanTech Plus programs:
- Prepare renewal information for contracts approaching expiration and proactively engage customers to secure timely renewal purchase orders.
- Update agreements, helping to maintain continuity of service and support sales forecasts.
- Process Sales Orders for products associated with the CleanTech Plus programs.
- Ensure order accuracy for recurring product shipments.
- Provide order status, product information, account status, and pricing to customers either via email or from inbound phone calls in a professional manner. Provide clear and timely responses to inquiries.
- Serve as an intermediary between the accounting team and the customer to help resolve billing or invoicing questions, ensuring discrepancies are addressed promptly and payment is not delayed.
- Use multiple software systems (Microsoft Dynamics GP, Salesforce, SharePoint, Excel) for items such as order processing, account management, contract management and invoice review.
- Collaborate interdepartmentally to ensure alignment, resolve any sales-related issue, and ensure customer request and issues are addressed.
- Maintain close and effective communication with co-workers in sales, office, and warehouse, ensuring internal teams are aligned to customer needs.
- Support department and company-wide sales goals.
What We Offer
As a Meritech team member, you’ll receive:
- $25.00 - $27.00 per hour to start, payroll every other Thursday.

- 3 weeks annually of paid-time-off and sick leave accrual, with increases based on tenure.

Job Requirements
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail, especially in data entry and financial documentation, with a desire to deliver high-quality and accurate work while navigating and working from multiple systems.
- Strong organization, listening and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent people skills, with a positive and enthusiastic demeanor, with the ability to balance customer service with internal priorities by using good judgement and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Highly dependable with strong follow-through and a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Previous experience in customer service, data entry, and operations, is preferred.
- Experience working with purchase orders, contracts, or billing processes is a strong plus.
- 2+ years in a customer-facing, post-sales, or operations support role (B2B preferred).
- Proficient with Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and SharePoint.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field preferred.
- Able to regularly perform the following physical requirements, with or without accommodations:
- Frequently: Ability to utilize basic office equipment such as computer, keyboard, printer, phones.
- Frequently: Communicate via phone call, email, chat, and other methods with customers, internal staff, and others.
- Frequently: Prolonged periods working at a desk and/or computer.
- Occasionally: Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
