What We Offer
As a Meritech team member, you’ll receive:
- $20.00 - $23.00 per hour to start, payroll every other Thursday.

What You'll DO
As a hygiene expert at Meritech, you will:
- Unloading freight from trucks and assisting larger goods receiving.
- Complete and package small pack and freight orders for shipment.
- Assist with daily operations of the shipping department.
- Complete required quality checks and processes for packing and shipping procedures.
- Provide support as needed to Logistics Supervisor to Plan and schedule weekly and daily shipping activities to ensure on-time delivery.
- Create shipping documents, package slips, and freight orders in absence of Logistics supervisor.
- Construct and assemble various cardboard and wood crate packaging materials.
- Package & prepare materials for shipment according to SOP.
What You Offer Us
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in Shipping activities or similar role:
- Forklift operation certification preferred.
- UPS Small Package and LTL shipping experience preferred.
- Hazmat training preferred. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as necessary to complete
logs or records. - Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing), and basic mathematics (High school or equivalent level).
- Detail-oriented and consistent.
- A team player and able to effectively operate in group environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Goal-oriented and able to manage time and meet specific deadlines.
- Able to work with hand tools, including drills, saws, and grinders on occasion.
- Able to regularly perform the following physical requirements, with or without accommodations:
- Frequently: Prolonged periods of standing and moving about in manufacturing warehouse environment.
- Frequently: Ability to traverse distribution warehouse and access a variety of storage spaces and shelving units by stretching, squatting, and reaching.
- Frequently: Ability to differentiate between colored wires, tabs, and electronic components.
- Frequently: Ability to utilize nail gun to assemble large shipping crates.
- Frequently: Must be able to carry, lift, and relocate various finished goods.
- Frequently: Must be able to wrap, package, crate, and pallet various finished goods.
- Frequently: Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds at a time.
